The Southeast Multifamily team was started in March of 2011 when Jones Lang LaSalle was joined by Derrick Bloom and David Gutting, leaders in the industry with a combined 35+ years of experience and over $12 billion in transaction volume. Since this time, our team has been involved in bringing over $1 billion in investment sales and equity capital raising activity to the market.
