Having served hundreds of non-profit groups, our Non-Profit Practice Group has developed a solid network of industry experts and an in-depth understanding of the industry, regulations affecting the real estate of non-profit institutions, fund limitations, board issues, and organizational and community challenges.

This practice group specializes in working with the non-profit, its Board of Directors and its constituents to create real estate strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and objectives in the communities served.

Our mission is to educate non-profits, maximize their funds, minimize their exposure to unnecessary real estate costs and inherent risks and enhance their organization’s flexibility. Our objective in every assignment is to align a non-profit’s real estate with its mission statement and objectives.

"Our real estate team helped PBS define its real estate goals and objectives, and then crafted a comprehensive real estate strategy. They implemented the strategy with PBS which resulted in an operationally efficient and cost effective solution that exceeded our expectations."

- Barbara Landes, Senior Vice President and CFO,  Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)

"This project was built on a handshake. They made sure we didn’t over spend on unnecessary features or materials and helped us deliver a fabulous site at a great price. Our real estate team saved us a lot of time and money, but the real bottom line is that Goodwill Industries sees 10 to 20 percent more people walking through the door requesting our help in finding jobs. That means Goodwill Industries is doing a better job of serving our clients and our community."

- Gerald L. Davis, President and CEO, Goodwill Industries
