Analyst
We recruit individuals with or pursuing undergraduate degrees as Analysts in our offices nationwide for opportunities within our various business groups.

No two Analyst jobs are the same, but your responsibilities could include:
  • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data to identify new business opportunities
  • Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process or as part of on-going property oversight
  • Assisting with building correspondence, file maintenance and management, meeting planning and scheduling, and report preparation
  • Assisting with the implementation of process enhancements and business initiatives
  • Searching for new clients and developing relationships in the real estate industry
  • Developing pro forma financials on both a pre-tax and after-tax basis
We look for self-starters with an undergraduate degree and:
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills that demonstrate confidence with all levels of an organization and international constituents
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation
  • A resourceful and investigative nature, an analytical and independent thought process, attention to detail and an organized work style
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Associate
We recruit individuals with or pursuing graduate degrees as Associates in our offices nationwide for opportunities within our various business groups.

Your responsibilities will vary widely from day to day, but can include:
  • Consulting with clients to develop and execute real estate strategies to meet business objectives
  • Developing occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluating alternative financial structures
  • Daily interaction with clients and landlords
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Gathering real estate requirements, developing alternative solutions, and implementing preferred approach to achieve desired results
  • Participating in firm marketing and business development opportunities
  • Contributing to the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports and interacting with clients daily
We look for leaders with an MBA and three to five years of business experience who can demonstrate:
  • An understanding of client needs and dedication to service
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Leadership experience and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
