Diversity and Inclusion is not only a strategic priority for Jones Lang LaSalle, it is a part of our value system. With the changing demographics in the workplace, market place and communities, we recognize that we must reflect and embody this diversity so that we can continue to be the premier provider of real estate services. By cultivating a dynamic workplace, we ensure that the differences among our people will be woven into the fabric of our firm in a positive way that will enrich our performance for clients, the communities in which we operate and the environment in which we all work. At Jones Lang LaSalle, our Diversity and Inclusion goals are three-fold:
Attract, develop and retain great talent with various backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Remaining a leader in the real estate industry requires the best talent, contributing at the highest level. Create a culture that unleashes the full potential of all employees. To create a more inclusive culture, we’re engaging leadership like never before, communicating more regularly and providing more opportunities for employees to get involved. In fact, we recently launched four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to increase engagement and help empower our employees.
Support our clients’ supplier diversity initiatives by creating strong partnerships with women and minority-owned businesses. Since our firm works with clients representing a wide variety of industries throughout the world, we’ve developed a base of suppliers who are representative of our clients, our clients’ customers and the communities our clients and our firm does business in.
