Current Responsibilities
Mr. Bell is the Managing Director within Florida Markets group based in Orlando, Florida.

Experience
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bell’s transaction volume exceeds $750 million in the Florida market. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bell had long tenures at CB Richard Ellis, Lincoln Property Company, and Carter where he was recognized as a Top 2 producer in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Mr. Bell was recognized as Jones Lang LaSalle’s Top producer in Orlando in 2010 and CoStar Top 25 Power Broker in 2010 and 2011.

Eduaction
Mr. Bell has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida. 

Affiliations
Mr. Bell is a former Past President for the Central Florida Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association; he is still active with both of these organizations.  Mr. Bell is also affiliated with the UCF Dr. Phillips Real Estate School Advisory Board, White Horse Capital Fund – National Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Commission of Mid Florida.
