Current Responsibilties
Bob is a Managing Director for the Seattle region of Jones Lang LaSalle and provides strategic real estate advice to clients across industries. Mr. Mooney’s leadership and roles within Jones Lang LaSalle demonstrate a variety of client services, including lease negotiations, build-to-suit projects, development management, land acquisition, national and international site searches, senior account leadership, and strategic planning services.
Previous Experience
With over twenty-seven years of commercial real estate experience, Bob joins Jones Lang LaSalle from The Staubach Company Northwest where he was Founder and served as Regional President, overseeing brokerage operations for tenant representation throughout the Pacific Northwest. In addition to his brokerage duties, Mr. Mooney was a member of The Staubach Leadership Council.
During his real estate career, Bob has represented clients across all industries in over 500 transactions involving over 5 million square feet of property. He has orchestrated property leases, sales, acquisitions, sale lease backs, and finance services for properties ranging from $2 million to $150 million. He is a noted industry expert on tenant representation, and has been quoted in publications such as The New York Times, Seattle Times, Seattle Post-Intelligencer, and Puget Sound Business Journal and is consistently asked to speak at the Commercial Real Estate Leases Conference for Law Seminars International.
