Current Responsibilities
Bill Krouch is the Chief Executive Officer of the Markets group within Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.  Bill has profit and loss responsibility for the agency leasing, tenant representation, property management, capital markets, public institutions, project and development management, and construction management service lines in the United States.  These businesses generate approximately $1billion in annual fee income and include approximately 3,000 professionals across the United States.  He also has oversight of Spaulding and Slye Investments, which is the firm’s investment arm which acts as an operating partner for select equity clients.

 

Mr. Krouch is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business, including new business strategy, product development and talent management programs.  He also oversees the enhancement of strategic client relationships, as well as ensuring execution and delivery of service excellence on behalf of our clients.

 

Experience
Previous to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Krouch was Chief Executive Officer of Investor Services which included the Agency Leasing and Management business (both office and retail) as well as New York Operations.  In addition, Bill has served as Chief Operating Officer for the Agency Leasing and Management business unit, overseeing all leasing and management activity for approximately 350 properties totaling over 100 million s.f.

 

Mr. Krouch has also served as National Director of Operations for Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services, Inc.  In this role, he was responsible for product enhancement and service delivery.

 

Prior to relocating to Chicago in 1997, Mr. Krouch was the Eastern Division President within Leasing and Management, based in midtown Manhattan, with oversight of all leasing and management operations in the Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; New York City and New England markets.

 

Further, Bill has also played a key role in the acquisition, due diligence and transition of the Staubach Company, Spaulding & Slye, Compass Management, Lend Lease Retail and Galbreath Company acquisitions.

 

Education and affiliations
Mr. Krouch holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia.  He is also on the Jefferson Scholars National Advisory Board at the University of Virginia.
