Career Summary
Margaret Caldwell is a Managing Director in the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets Group. She is responsible for leading the firm’s Capital Markets team for retail properties and development sites and for growing its investment sales. Ms. Caldwell has sold over $3 billion of retail properties since 2000. Ms. Caldwell is Co-Leader of JLL’s National Retail Investment Sales and is responsible for national client new business development.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, she worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a retail investment sales broker in their Capital Markets division partnered with Kris Cooper. Before that, Ms. Caldwell was a Vice President in Binswanger’s Advisory Group in the Atlanta, New York and Charlotte offices. Ms. Caldwell has more than 18 years real estate experience.
