Andrew Miller serves as an Associate for Jones Lang LaSalle and has been involved in construction and development for the last 10 years.  Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Andrew was responsible for the negotiation and ultimate delivery as the turn-key prime contractor in several million SF of retail, office and public sector space for both new construction and redevelopment in the Bay Area for SimplexGrinnell.  Andrew brings a strong background in construction management, building code knowledge, space planning for new development, and working directly with state and federal entities including two of the largest school districts in California.

 

Andrew has put this experience to use in redeveloping the master plans for several retail properties,  including East Towne Center (Bremerton), Sylvan Center (Bremerton) and South Park Village (Port Orchard).  Andrew is now involved in the current planning, and direct brokerage of over a million SF of properties in Western Washington.
