Aviva needed to consolidate three separate locations into one centralized headquarters facility in an optimum location. The Jones Lang LaSalle team performed a multi-state site selection evaluation and financial analysis to determine the best options for Aviva, and the results were remarkable.
Our team helped Aviva acquire an 88-acre site, and design and build a new 360,000 square foot LEED Gold headquarters, saving the company nearly 30% on the deal. We also negotiated millions of dollars in municipal incentives for Aviva. The new facility significantly reduced Aviva’s occupancy and operating costs, and allows the company to be more collaborative, efficient and productive.
