Zac Sakowski is an Associate located in Jones Lang LaSalle’s El Segundo office, where he focuses on representing principals and occupiers of industrial real estate. He is responsible for coordinating and implementing business development strategies, and leveraging existing clients to source new opportunities. Additionally, he specializes in project marketing campaigns, containing market trends and forecast reports in an effort to mitigate vacancy risk and maintain occupancy levels. During his tenure, Zac has participated in over $330 million of lease and sale transactions consisting of more than 36 million square feet of industrial real estate.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Zac was a Sales Associate at Colliers International where he focused his efforts within the cities of Vernon, Commerce, Montebello and Pico Rivera – a market encompassing more than 150 million square feet. Zac has experience marketing and transacting agency assignments primarily for private and institutional industrial clients such as Guardian Life Insurance, Industrial Income Trust, IDS Real Estate Group, KTR Capital Partners, CenterPoint Properties and Karney Management.
Education and Affiliations
Zac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics for Business Management from Occidental College. Zac is part of the Jones Lang LaSalle Young Guns program. He is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
